Symptoms:
You may experience the problem with your USB, FireWire or CD/DVD drives where none of them shows up in your desktop after installing CalDigit USB 3 drivers in your MacBook Pro 2011. You are unable to see any USB drives nor to use CD/DVD or FireWire drives.

Products Affected:
AV Drive & AV Pro
|
This is caused by the corrupted drivers installed or incorrect drivers installed in your MacBook Pro Early 2011 (Thunderbolt version). To resolve this issue and restore the corrupted drivers, you can download the OSX 10.6.7 combo update from Apple -
Mac OS X v10.6.7 Update for early 2011 MacBook Pro
If you are unable to install the combo update from Apple, please download the following installer/driver from CalDigit and try again with this installer.
https://archive.caldigit.com/support/avdrive/CalDigit_USB3_Driver_10_6_7_TB_1.2.8_Roll_Back.zip
1. This is ONLY for MacBook Pro Early 2011 and 2. ONLY for Mac OSX 10.6.6 and 10.6.7 that you have in your MacBook Pro (Early 2011).
If any of above criteria does not meet, please DO NOT install this fix. This installer will also install CalDigit USB3 1.2.8 driver.
