Symptoms:
When connecting a Drobo 5D to the CalDigit USB3.0 card, the Drobo 5D does not show up. However, the other USB3.0 drive(s) seems to work with the CalDigit card.

When you encounter connection issues with the Drobo 5D on our card, you should try these steps:

1. You should try using the other USB3.0 drives (not Drobo) to test our card. They can be any USB2.0 / USB3.0 drive, and the test will make sure the card/driver is working.

2. Try a different USB3.0 A to B type cable (not the ones from Drobo)
- some customer resolved their issues with a different USB3.0 cable.

3. Connect Drobo device to our USB 3.0 card, power it on, then power on your computer afterward.
- some customer resolved their issues with this step and not to use hot-plug.
