Symptoms:
When installing T3 or T3 Thunderbolt 2's Windows driver, I am unable to complete the installation?

Summary:
The installer package might not be compatible with all different languages and cause the installer to stop.

Products Affected:   T3 RAID

When installing T3 or T3 Thunderbolt 2 Windows driver, if you see the following error message and are unable to complete the installation, please manually install the driver from Windows Device Manager.

Depends on what type of OS you have, Windows 7, Windows 8 / 8.1, 32-bit or 64-bit, you can manually choose the driver INF file to install.

For example, if you are using Windows 8 64-bit, you can go to the folder: Driver/stahci/amd64  and pick up asstahci64.inf as your T3 driver.

If you are using Windows 7 32-bit, you can pick up the right driver in the folder of Driver/stor/i386

When choosing the AHCI device on the device manager, please ensure you choose the right T3 disk. Do NOT choose your own builtin SATA AHCI drive.
