Symptoms:
After upgrading to 10.11, you may experience kernel panics when plugging Thunderbolt Station from your Thunderbolt enabled computer or while the FASTA-6GU3 Pro card is installed in the old MacPro Tower.

Summary:
This kernel panic is a rare case and will not affect most customers, in fact, only few users may be affected by this problem, which is caused by Apple's new OS X 10.11 “El Capitan” USB driver.

Products Affected:   Thunderbolt Station, FASTA-6GU3 Pro, TS2 - Thunderbolt Station 2

Some Thunderbolt Station / 2 and other Thunderbolt dock users have reported kernel panics after upgrading to OS X 10.11 “El Capitan”. We are aware of the problem and have been working with Apple on this issue. As the result, Apple aims to release the fix in OS X 10.11.2.

If you are still experiencing the issue after the update to OS X 10.11.2, please contact us for further support.
