Symptoms:
The external monitors are suffering flickering issue when connecting to CalDigit Dock.

Products Affected:   Thunderbolt Station, TS2 - Thunderbolt Station 2, USB-C Dock

If the external monitor connecting to Thunderbolt or USB-C dock is flickering, try the following tips:

1. Please try the shorter video cable, for example 3-feet HDMI to HDMI cable.
2. Please ensure that you are using CalDigit's cable only to connect from Dock to your host machine.
3. Update your OS and GPU drivers to the latest version.
4. Try another monitor.

5. If you are using MacBook 2015 or MacBook 2016, please try to reset the NVRAM.
