Symptoms:
Unresolvable issues with Thunderbolt, Display, USB devices, or Gigabit Ethernet after exhausting other troubleshooting methods with CalDigit Docking solutions / adapters.

If you have used our troubleshooting knowledge base and are experiencing unresolvable issues, your operating system may have corrupted core OS drivers that are preventing our devices from functioning properly.

Examples include but are not limited to:

1. Displays not working properly or computer lock up when connecting displays.
2. Unable to establish Ethernet connection or other network problems.
3. USB device connection issues or unresponsive ports.
4. Thunderbolt connection problems.
