Products Affected:   USB-C Dock

When using USB-C Dock in Windows environment, if you are unable to do dual extended monitors through DisplayPort and HDMI ports, please run the firmware update from Windows machine. Below is the procedure:

1. Download the USB-C Dock Windows Dual Extended Monitors firmware:
https://archive.caldigit.com/kb/file/CalDigit-USB-C-Dock-Video-Windows-Dual-Extended.zip

2. Connect a monitor to USB-C Dock and USB-C Dock to your Windows machine.
3. Unzip the firmware package, and double click on "Update".
4. Wait 2 minutes and you will see an ”END" message. Close the window and power cycle your USB-C Dock.

Note:
A. To restore firmware back to factory default setting, you must contact support@caldigit.com to obtain firmware package.
B. This firmware is not supported by macOS.
C. When contacting Support@CalDigit.com, please include USB-C Dock serial number.
