Symptoms: When connecting the CalDigit Thunderbolt Station with a Cisco Router, you cannot get any Internet signal.

Products Affected:   Thunderbolt Station, TS2 - Thunderbolt Station 2

Some Cisco (such as: SG 200s) switch / router has a default feature called "Auto Smart Ports". Please disable this feature on the Cisco router.
