During the boot process press F10 to enter the F10 BIOS menus. Select Advanced > Slot x (where x is the slot number the card will be inserted into) > Slot x Option ROM Download > disable Option #2 Disable the SAS Option ROM download. Remove the card from the system. During the boot process press F10 to enter the F10 BIOS menus. Select Advanced > Device Options > SAS Option ROM Download > Disabled Option #3 Disable the SATA RAID Option ROM download. Remove the card from the system. During the boot process press F10 to enter the F10 BIOS menus. Select Advanced > Device Options > SATA RAID Option ROM Download > Disabled
3. If this happened after you upgraded your system's BIOS, please roll it back and try again.
4. If this happened after you installed other new hardware to your PC, please remove it from the system for the time being.
5. The Windows driver file might be damaged, please remove FASTA card, boot to Windows and manually remove the driver file. Please contact support@caldigit.com for more information.
