No. The USB-C device port on the Dock is designed for Data transfer only not for video. You should use HDMI or DisplayPort ports on the Dock for monitors.

For example, LG's 27UD88 monitor has Type-C, HDMI and DisplayPort ports

You should use HDMI or DisplayPort to connect to USB-C Dock.
