CalDigit Saved Us!

We had loaded up our HDOne raid up with a 90 minute HD SR project to lay off to tape. We've worked it hard for over two years solid and it's always been 100% dependable; but this time we got a warning that drive number 6 had a problem. We called Frank in tech support and although he got us through trouble shooting and re-formatting but the drive was dead. We still got the project laid off perfectly with the seven drives that were left. That was save #1. The next save came when Tiffany in Customer Service special ordered us replacement drives that were out of production and got them to us in just a few days. We're back up at 100% and really never missed a beat. Big Thanks and Hats off to the CalDigit Team!
